Contact form: if you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can respond to you.

Automatically collected data: like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit - your approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies via Google Tag Manager (see "Cookies & Tracking" below).

We do not collect or store payment information on this site. Online ordering is handled entirely by Toast on their own platform, governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

This site uses cookies through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site and, potentially, to support advertising. When you first visit, you'll see a banner asking you to acknowledge this before those cookies are set. You can decline or later clear cookies through your browser's settings at any time; doing so may affect how some parts of the site behave, but won't prevent you from browsing or contacting us.

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, to understand and improve how visitors use this site, and to meet legal and business record-keeping obligations. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on their platforms.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, to the extent needed for them to do their job (e.g., Google's infrastructure processing analytics data), or when required by law.

Contact form submissions are kept as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and for our own business records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

You can decline non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, or clear/block cookies anytime through your browser. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted to us (like a contact form message), just reach out using the contact information below.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Reservations: if you request a reservation on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address (optional), party size, date and time, and any occasion, food allergy or note you provide, so we can confirm and manage your table. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and our reservation emails are sent through Microsoft Azure.

Text messages: if you agree to receive text messages about your reservation, we also collect your mobile phone number as the number to text and a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, and when and how you agreed). We use it only to send you messages about that reservation: a note that we received your request, a confirmation, and a reminder about 24 hours before. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Consent to text messages is not required to make a reservation.

We do not sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use Twilio to deliver text messages on our behalf and it handles your number only to send those messages. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
