Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to services offered by Gypsea Provisions LLC, doing business as Bit of Grub ("Bit of Grub"), through bitofgrub.com.
Reservations System
1. The Reservations System sends text messages about your table reservation at Bit of Grub: a note that we received your request, a confirmation with a link to cancel, and a reminder about 24 hours before your reservation. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. You only receive these messages if you agree to them when you request a reservation.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received the messages from. To opt out, text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time (tick the text-message box on our reservation form, or tell our team when you book by phone) and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (469) 960-2181.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to three messages per reservation. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
